Joe Tuoto is a 28-year veteran of the Fire Service. He served as a Fire captain/paramedic, Paramedic Training coordinator, and Quality Improvement Coordinator for the City of Roseville Fire Department. He is also a Paramedic representative on the Regional EMS Care Committee, which develops treatment guidelines for five counties.

Joe is also on staff at Sierra College, Hazardous Materials Institue and California Safety Training. He is certified to provide instruction in confined space rescue, trench rescue, emergency medical technician, Emergency Medical first responder, first aid, CPR, automated external defibrillator, and blood-borne pathogens.
